If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer a streamlined return and exchange process to ensure minimal disruption to your operations.

Quality Assurance Note:

Our precision-engineered gears and drives are manufactured to strict industry standards. However, due to the nature of industrial components, minor variations in dimensions or finish may occur within permissible tolerances. These variations do not affect product performance and are in compliance with engineering specifications.

When Can You Initiate a Return or Exchange?

You may request a return or exchange only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • The incorrect product was delivered.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and all labels/tags are intact.

Note: Returns will not be accepted for products that have been installed, modified, or used.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at support@hitorkgearsanddrives.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and a description of the issue (photos/videos may be required for verification).

  3. Our team will validate your claim and guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for securely packaging and returning the product.

  • Upon approval, return shipping instructions will be provided.

  • For defective/damaged items, Hitork Gears may arrange a pickup at our discretion.

Refund/Replacement Process:

  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

    • Replacement: A new unit will be dispatched at the earliest.

    • Refund: Processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method (if applicable).

  • In some cases, store credit may be offered for future purchases.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-manufactured or specially ordered products (unless defective).

  • Products altered or used after delivery.
